Cleans and keeps hydration level
This toner is great to remove that remaining residue that was not gone during washing, but what I like about it is that keeps the hydration level of the skin (maybe even helps with it…. But I layer so many products that I really can’t tell). It worth paying more for this one. Your skin will be thankful.

This toner gives a refreshing feeling, which is different from any prior toners I tried in the past. Mainly I use the PCA Skin toner post cleansing step. Some days when my skin feels it needs an extra refresh during the afternoon I spritz from a small spray bottle for a quick re-hydrate.

I usually prefer that my facial products don’t have any fragrance but this fragrance didn’t bother me and actually made me feel it was cleansing my pores at a deeper level. I wish it were a bit more hydrating but it didn’t leave any residue so that’s been great.
