I use this toner to wet my face before I apply moisturizing gels / serums. I don’t notice much of a moisturizing effect from the toner alone- I’m not sure if it does much of anything (but I’ve had that problem with most toners I’ve used).

This is probably a good product. I love PCA, however this toner is not good for me. I think this could be for dry skin? My skin is a bit more oily and I didn’t feel like it cleaned my skin. For oily skin, I’d recommend the Smoothing toner.

This is a nice toner, I bought it to prep my skin for layering on products after cleansing. I wanted it to rebalance my skin and provide hydration and light moisturization. The product is nice, but I will try some other options next time. The push-down pump top doesn't dispense enough product onto the cotton pad to really be effective, so I unscrew the top and flip it over onto the cotton pad instead.
