Good product for the price
Peter Lamas Lash Masque has a good dark tint for your lashes when you do not want to wear mascara. It is not a mascara but a tinted conditioner that you can wear alone or under your mascara. I also use an eyelash growth serum first and then this product before my mascara. Without my mascara on, I get the appearance of thicker darker lashes which I really like. If I don't wash my face at night, which I know is a big no no, my lashes don't break off. I gave it 4 stars because the product is already getting a little dry in the tube after only 2 weeks.

A personal favorite!
I originally bought this to minimize my eye lashes breaking and falling out as well as to give them length. I got bold one day and brushed it on my eye brows. I had very thin brows due to over-plucking (per the style back in high school) and I didn't want to have to use makeup to draw them on or microblading. And holy cow, this stuff worked! Over a few months my eye brows grew back in, thick and shapely. It was an unexpected surprise and that is why I have now been using this product for over 4 years. I've recommended it to my sister and friends, and they love it, too! I highly recommend this for growth, strengthening, and nourishment of both the eye lashes and eye brows.

It does make a difference.
This is a lash conditioner, not a peptide lash grower. I love how gentle it is, and my lashes are growing in a bit thicker without any chemical reaction that makes my eyes feel sensitive. This product does make your lashes a bit darker when applied but not like using a mascara. It's subtle. My lashes feel softer and healthier so when I do wear mascara, they don't get brittle and break, which was an issues I have with many mascaras. Plus, you can even use it before you go to sleep and not wake up with raccoon eyes.

Good Title
I am using this product on my eyelashes and eyebrows. I believe I do see growth on the lashes, but it is not dramatic yet. However, I absolutely love this product on the brows. It makes them look fuller, but naturally so. And they are growing as well. No strong smell, which was very important to me.

I have sparse, thin eyelashes, so I didn't expect it would add much to them but was hoping it would condition them. I can't tell that it is helping and my eyes get a little irritated from it. It might work for someone with more lashes if you just wanted a little natural color.

I was hoping that I could use this under mascara, but unfortunately, I found that it made my lashes very stiff and inflexible. This may be better to apply when not needing to wear mascara and have some time to condition.

Looks Good Alone
I was very pleased to use this lash builder/ tint/conditioner. Many days if I don't dress up or go out, this suffices for eye makeup. It adds color without the bulk of mascara. I have had no problem with flaking. It comes off easily with my usual cleanser at night. I actually bought a second one, so I won't be without.

Just what I wanted

First off, I hate black mascara. It only looks good on very dark haired or skinned people. No one seems to make a medium brown one, so I tried this product and I really like it. It has a light tint and doesn't feel foreign or sticky on my lashes. I use it. Let it dry and curl my lashes. It looks and feels natural. Which is what I'm going for.

I really wanted this to work! Tint, condition, natural looking, who would not want this. Alas, after several weeks of religiously putting it on my lashes did not tint and they would not hold a curl either. Also, it smudged under my eyes, not a good look.
