Jury's still out.

I've been using this product for only three or four weeks and since it's an oral supplement, I haven't noticed any changes in my nails. Hard to say on the hair as my hair loss has just about totally ceased with the Phytolium 4 scalp revitalizer I started at the same time. I think the Phyto supplement recommends taking it for six months to see results. Each bottle contains a two-month supply. I guess I wouldn't be surprised if this works as well as the Phytolium 4, which means I should reorder now as I'm halfway through my first bottle.
