Shiny Silver Hair
I use this with Pureology Hydrate Shampoo. It seems to work better for me that way. I do not have a lot of silver hair, but have highlights and lowlights put into my hair. I am using it to eliminate some of the brassiness, which it seems to help eliminate a bit.

Great for blondes it keeps my hair in the right tone specially the highlights they tend to turn yellow and this stuff keeps them in the right shade… I use this 3 times a month and it’s enough … the only thing is it leaves my hair kind of dry but all the purple toners and shampoos do that and this is not so drying competing to the 5 kinds I’ve tried so far so it still deserves the 5 stars….

I've repurchased this shampoo multiple times. I used to solely use Aveda products, but am finding better results with this blue shampoo. I like that it's gentle and never dries out my hair, but also effectively cleanses my hair. There's not a strong fragrance that lingers, which I personally like as many shampoos have an off putting fragrance. It also cuts down on the brassiness that's left behind from bleaching my hair.

Not my favorite blonde shampoo
My expectations may have been too high going into this, but I was not impressed. I was hoping this shampoo would be more hydrating with the word “cure” in it. It does lather very well and I did notice a slight improvement in the brightening of my highlights, but my hair (even with the hydrating conditioner) still feels dry.

Best Purple Shampoo
I’ve tried many toning shampoos and this one is by far the best. It’s very lathering and you only need a small amount. Along with the conditioner, your hair will be hydrated and it makes your blonde color pop and gets rid of the brass.

This is the only product that works with Golden blonde highlights. It leaves your hair looking like you just got it done. It also leaves your hair so soft after using it. I really like this shampoo. It is high quality and doesn't seem harsh on the hair like some purple/blue shampoos can for counteracting brassy hair. I have dark brown hair with highlights that tend to go orange-ish, so I use this with the conditioner to help with that.
