As I get older (now 49) I have been experiencing a lot of hair fall due in part to stress (front line healthcare worker in the time of COVID) and fluctuating hormones. My hair is changing texture due to aging, and gray taking over, so I really needed tame it. I have noticed a huge difference. I also purchased a product from a different brand which added to the manageability. If you are older, and have lost the softness of what it used to be.. this is worth a try.
