Compared with the previous softening conditioner I was using, this did not measure up as well. Somehow, this still left my long straight hair kinda coarse & just not as soft to touch, & after a day or two of not washing my hair, it made my scalp and strands greasy feeling. So will not get this again as it doesn't suit me, but this very well may be great for others---just not for me.

Lives up to it's name
After receiving a sample, I bought a full bottle to try it in lieu of another brand I had been using for years yet not really happy with . I have very thick, coarse, and dry/frizzy hair. This made each strand smoother and softer feeling, without being heavy. This is truly All Soft as it states and my new go to conditioner.

Really makes hair soft!
I have bleached hair and hard water so inevitably my hair is dry. This conditioner smells heavenly and truly makes my hair soft. I haven't found another conditioner that is moisturizing enough that doesn't weigh my fine hair down.

I received a sample of the Redken All Soft Conditioner and loved it from the start. My curls are soft and manageable even after I use my curl product. I do find the conditioner difficult to squeeze out because it is very thick and concentrated. Love the product, not the packaging.

Great conditioner, bad bottle
I love this conditioner for dry hair. It has a subtle, clean smell and really does a good job of hydrating. However, the smaller bottle is terrible for handling in the shower. It's really hard to squeeze - even storing on its cap doesn't work, since it's too thick to flow out on its own. Go ahead and spring for the big bottle!

I wanted to try a different conditioner for the summer. I have long, fine, curly, frizzy hair. This product works well with detangling, but I am still having difficulty finding a conditioner that controls the frizz. I am able to control the frizz better when adding styling products.

I use Redken products often, have for years. I like their All Soft conditioner line. I use a conditioner anytime I wash my hair. This is thick, and it does the job well. I don't know if it really soaks in to the ends of my hair, but I have less frizz when I use this.
