Of course, being older your skin looks more dull. I've used this now for several weeks, and I don't really notice any difference as far as brightening my skin. You don't have to use very much at all to cleans your face, so this bottle will last a long time. Maybe in more time, I will notice a difference.

Excellent brand
I find Revision is an excellent, always reliable, brand, worth the higher price over drugstore items. However, I gave it four, rather than five, stars only because I'm not sure yet if the product has made a noticeable difference the time has been too brief. However, I've found absolutely no downside and it's highly rated by users. Also -- and I've buying from LovelySkin for years -- if an item is on its website, I know it's good. Each product is curated (for want of a better word), and Dr. Schlessinger has an outstanding reputation among his peers.

I normally skip the step of using a make up remover, which is no problem with this cleanser. It removes make-up very well. It has a pleasant, very light fragrance. It also lathers up nicely. I love the option of buying a larger quantity, especially for cleansers. A little goes a long way. I only gave it 4 stars, because I've been using it a while, and I'm not seeing the "brightening" aspect. otherwise, is a very good everyday cleanser.

I really like this facial wash and have used for over a year after I stopped using Skin Sceuticals LHA. I love the DEJ Face moisturizer so I decided to try this wash. It's great but I''m not sure if I'm slowly needing something a little less strong.

New Product To Me
This was the first time I've tried a Revision face wash. I've used their Intellishade for years, so I thought I'd give this wash a try. My face was so clean after using! Clean pores, smooth surface, and an evening of skin tone are the main things I noticed after using it. My face feels slightly tighter/ dryer after using. Maybe I just need time to adapt to the new product. I wouldn't trade that for how clean my skin is, though.

Cleans my skin great!
Ive only been using this product for a week. I had a sample of the papaya enzyme wash and absolutely loved it - it really brightening my complexion. But I decided to to buy this product after reading all the reviews, and was looking for a good daily cleanser. I do notice that it really cleans my skin and i love that. I am not worried about any make up residue. My skin is soft, but not as soft as the papaya enzyme wash was. In term of this product being a brightening wash, that I have not noticed. But overall, its a great value, the bottle is huge and I feel comfortable spending a few extra dollars for a good quality cleanser. With the amount of money we spend on anti-aging products post-washing, you want to be sure you are getting your skin clean

Brighter skin
This face wash really does make my skin look brighter. I have dry skin and can only use it once a day otherwise, it starts to dry out my skin. It comes in a large bottle that will last a very long time. Its a great value! It also has a very pleasant smell.

A Nice Cleanser
This is my first time using this cleanser and prior to my purchase I checked out the reviews and ingredient list, even though Revision has been recommended to me by several estheticians. I like this cleanser and you can't beat the price from LovelySkin for a physician grade product. I use this 2x/day for the past couple of weeks and other than just cleaning off my make up really well, I don't see "brightening" improvements. Prior to trying this, I alternated between Obagi and SkinCeuticals and for myself, I will probably go back to my original routine.
