This product is worth every penny. I was hesitant to try it because of the price tag but I finally did and I don't regret it. It has improved my skin dramatically. I was getting cystic acne around my chin probably hormonal. This is the only thing that has worked! As soon as I feel one coming out, I place this on it and it's gone the next day. Used to be stronger
I started using the Adult-Acne kit last year and what a difference-maker! However, since the kit has been out of order since the spring, I’ve purchased this serum as a stand alone product. I feel the concentration is a little different from the one sold with the kit. Nevertheless, when used in conjunction with the LHA toner and cleanser, the serum does keep breakouts a bay. Although, use sparingly as it is highly drying.

I have very sensitive and oily skin and this does not irritate my face or dry it out. I use it more as a spot treatment for active blemishes, so the bottle has lasted me a while. I find that it works best for me if I put it on a blemish when it first appears. It seems to shorten the healing time. It has a lightweight feel and absorbs very quickly.

It actually works
I went through two rounds of accutane in my teens and I'm in my mid-twenties now and I still get a lot of acne. I mostly get the acne near my cheeks and under my lips. I've tried a lot of products and this is probably the only thing other than accurate that has actually worked for me. I would highly recommend this product. I don't have sensitive skin, but it does sometimes feel intense on my skin.

Not quite the same as it’s more expensive counterpart
I was looking for a less expensive replacement for the Silymarin product. This almost does that. I’m using this now everyday, and the Silymarin only twice a week. But together they do seem to work well. It takes a while to get used to the watery texture of this product, and have ruined several tops because this product seems to drip everywhere except where you want it, so be careful, as it stains horribly. My breakouts have reduced, but make sure you use a serum or water based moisturizer after. It takes some patience, but this product belongs in your routine.
