Not heavy and very hydrating
This is my first experience using a hydrating gel serum, and now I’m an excited fan. I put it on after SkinCeuticals vitamin C serum in the morning. It’s so light it absorbs quickly and doesn’t feel sticky. I usually wait five minutes before applying sunscreen on top of it. My face feels glowy, hydrated, and fresh. I’ve discovered it works great in place of daily moisturizer or in addition to moisturizer, so it’s good no matter which way you go. Here in the Deep South we have humidity moisturizing us whether we like it or not—this hydrating gel does not make my face feel heavy with product, causing me to sweat. Quite the opposite—it makes my face feel light and fresh. Five stars!

Lovely serum
I like this serum because you can still apply moisturizer, and it does not break the skin out. This was one of the first products I ever purchased from the Skinceuticals line, and I continue to come back to it. I use it in the summer and winter and have normal to oily skin.

I've use Hydrating B Gel off and on for years, alternating with another hyaluronic acid gel product and have always appreciated it's effects. My husband also uses it on his face and on his bald scalp. It's helped with flaking and generally making his skin look far more moisturized and healthy. It sinks right in and doesn't feel sticky or oily, either of which would put him off 100%. It's taken *many* years to get him to use any product consistently though he's very consistent with this one.

Was unable to use C E Ferulic without using this product. Almost gave up on the C E Ferulic due to dryness until I read the back of the label and saw the recommendation to use the gel. A real game changer. Love both products and see a definite improvement in my skin!

I like this consistency because it’s thick & one drop is enough for me to use in the morning & another at night. Since I’m older, I can’t say the results are noticeable, but I’m going to give this treatment more time. The one downer is the price.

I want so badly to give this item 5 stars, because it has everything working in its favor. A little goes A LONG way, I think this bottle will be around for a long time. I'm used to HA serums taking a lot of product in order to cover the entire face and neck...this one uses 2, maybe 3, drops total to cover all that same area. On top of that, the product allows you to massage it into the skin whereas other products tend to immediately dry on the skin before you can even use your fingers to work it in. I also love how this product, unlike others, does not leave a tacky residue to the surface. My only complaint is that due to having extremely reactive skin, I did get some minor breakouts immediately after incorporating this product into my routine. I stopped the product, sure enough my skin cleared up...tried to introduce again and it broke out again. I am hoping I will adjust to it over time because it really is a good product, but just beware that if you have sensitive, reactive skin you may notice breakouts after using.
