Best Serum
Skin Ceuticals has always been a product line I trust, but I have used other brands for serum and have decided to stick with Skin Ceuticals Hydrating B5 gel. It is thick enough it doesn't "run" off your face while applying and yet it absorbs quickly and doesn't make your skin feel oily. Love the B5 addition as I have learned the positive properties it has for skin.

I use this every morning after the Vitamin C E Ferulic Antioxidant serum as I don't believe in negotiating with wrinkles. (Laugh lines are OK.) Ok moisturizing
I am conflicted about whether or not I like this moisturizer. I am oily/combination and I’m also aging. I have to be careful what I use or I break out. So I like it because of that because it’s not too heavy. But on the flipside it absorbs in my skin really fast and I don’t feel like it gives me the moisture that I need. I think it would be good combined with another moisturizer. If you are dry, it’s definitely not for you!

This product caused an allergic reaction that covered my face in atopic dermatitis. I got sample, used it & at first really liked it so purchased. By the time my order arrived I was experiencing some allergic reaction but it was mild & went away (not realizing this was because I had used up sample & approx a week had passed without using) I didn’t put it together & started to use serum again, within 2 days my skin freaked out, this is the single worst allergic reaction I have ever had to any product. Was really bummed because I wanted to love this but it did the exact opposite of what it was supposed to do. 48yr female with insanely sensitive & reactive skin. I use a barrier serum from a different brand multiple times per day, I’m unsure if it’s actually adding anything but it didn’t irritate my skin. I thought I would be replacing that with a higher end product but it was a massive failure for 3x the price. Took 3 weeks of discontinuing this product plus prescription from dermatologist to get the dermatitis flare to calm down. Obviously this works great for a lot of ppl & I have no idea what ingredient in this product I’m allergic to but it definitely caused some grief for me .
