I saw significant improvement in using this product as a part of a regimen with a retin A product prescribed by my derm. I leave on the gel for 1 min or so and then use my clarisonic. I have thicker, more oily skin. More sensitive skins may find some redness or dryness.

Ive only been using this cleansing gel for about a week, but I can already notice that my face is less oily. My oil blotters werent saturated in oil for once. I will be buying more when this runs out. I wash my face with this in the evening, but not in the morning right now (using up stuff in the shower) but may just need it in the evening if my face is already improving. This face wash is perfect for acne prone aging skin! It leaves no makeup on my skin but does not strip my skin either. It just leaves it clean and clear! Not the best for acne-prone skin
I'm baffled as to why this is targeted for Acne sufferes. First of all, it contains sodium laureth sulfate, which clogs pores and can lead to more acne. Second, there's more of that comedogenic ingredient than there is salicylic acid. I have stopped using this cleanser and hope my skin will calm down soon. This is the only product I use which has such a strong pore-clogging ingredient.

I really liked the Blemish & Age serum, so I bought this cleanser to add to my results. I can't say that it's all that much better than the cleanser I was using before. It cleans my face well enough, though I feel like I need to rinse a lot longer than before to get it all off. I can say that, if you are concerned about stripping your face of too much moisture, I don't see that as a problem with this cleanser.
