great acne cleanser
I bought this product in a the skinceauticals adult acne pack along with the toner and acne serum. i like this not for every day use as i usually use the gentle cream cleanser with my facial brush but i do use it when i can feel or see a breakout on my skin. works nicely at getting rid of those breakouts and acne scars. would recommend this product

Keeps me from breakouts and minimizes pores and wrinkles!
This face wash is perfect for acne prone aging skin! It leaves no makeup on my skin but does not strip my skin either. It just leaves it clean and clear! I had been using this for years and stopped when I realized there were other products lovely skin sold that had much better reviews and Im always searching for better products. I tried a different top rated product which I used about 1.5 bottles of before switching back to this one. A few months after switching from this product my esthetician told me she had never seen my pores so clogged and my skin look that bad. Needless to say I switched back to Skinceuticals. My complexion looks amazing once again! Im nearly 40 and am mistaken for being in my late 20s all the time. This face cleanser is amazing!

Not the best for acne-prone skin
I'm baffled as to why this is targeted for Acne sufferes. First of all, it contains sodium laureth sulfate, which clogs pores and can lead to more acne. Second, there's more of that comedogenic ingredient than there is salicylic acid. I have stopped using this cleanser and hope my skin will calm down soon. This is the only product I use which has such a strong pore-clogging ingredient.

Does the job
I really liked the Blemish & Age serum, so I bought this cleanser to add to my results. I can't say that it's all that much better than the cleanser I was using before. It cleans my face well enough, though I feel like I need to rinse a lot longer than before to get it all off. I can say that, if you are concerned about stripping your face of too much moisture, I don't see that as a problem with this cleanser.

Great Cleanser!!
I have oily skin and have always felt that most foaming gel cleansers stripped my skin to death. I have been using the LHA cleansing gel for about a year and my skin always feels clean but still soft. For people like me who like the clean feeling of a foaming cleanser without feeling stripped, this is a great an affordable choice. I use mine with my Clairsonic - a great combination!!
