Glad I discovered this product
I've been using a vitamin C serum and a multi-acid serum, on alternating days, in the morning and a rational at night. I realized I am missing out on the benefits of niacinamide, so I got this. It does not play well with vitamin C, and probably not with alpha or beta hydroxy acids either. Get on your search engine and check that out, if you don''t know already. And that combination may be the reason that one reviewer had redness—vitamin C and niacinamide. I don't know why SkinCeuticals recommends using those together. Anyway, I find that this product works as both a treatment and as a moisturizer. I use it on days when I want a day off from my vitamin C and multi-acid serums. And I think it pairs well with retinol, at night. Also, it comes in a heavy glass container, like from days of yore! Very nice packaging, also opaque and with a well-functioning pump. May not be that travel-friendly though. I have a lot of sun damage and think it's time, actually past time, that I added niacinamide to my regimen. At a 5% level in this product, and with the wonderful packaging, I think it's well worth the price.

I used this serum for a few months and was not a fan. I didn't see any difference in my skin. I wound up switching to a different product but used what I had left as a neck cream. It did leave my neck really soft.

It took some time but after 2 1/2 months I'm finally noticing some results. My skin is brighter overall, and the pigmentation on my cheeks is less prominent! I'm very happy with this product and will continue to use and buy for, hopefully, even better results. You just have to be patient.

Great moisturizer
I liked this product combined with the Phloretin. I give it 4 stars because of the price. I don't think it's worth $110 because I now only use the Phloretin and still get the same results. It does not make my face greasy at all because my skin is dry, and this moisturizer works as it should.

Feels Nice on Skin
I ordered this after receiving a sample size and liking it. I use it during the day, applying it after my vitamin C serum. The Meta Cell Renewal B3 goes on smoothly and feels nice on the skin. I don't use it at night, as niacinamide sometimes reddens my skin–I'm guessing that's due to its "improving circulation" properties, but I have melasma, so I try to avoid too much of that (putting it over a retinoid seems like too much for me). I'm not sure if I would reorder, but it seems like a good lotion.
