This serum applies like a dream and did not seem to cause any irritation. However, after about one week of use, I had a rosacea flare up. It is, of course, possible that the two events were not related, but this was the only new product I was using. If skin sensitivity is not an issue, you will love this serum. I purchased this item from my doctor's office and use it almost daily. I have damage from the sun that i'm trying to reverse and believe this is making a difference. I add it to my night cream but only use a drop or two. I have normal to oily skin and still only use a drop or two a day. It does make a difference and i have tried everything from expensive to drugstore brands. It is worth the money and I will continue to use it indefinately. I would recommend staying out of the sun when using this product. If i'm going to be outside, i use sunscreen, a hat and glasses. Trying to stop this face from aging anymore.
