This is a great restorative cream to use after a procedure or to be used in con junction with Tretinoin. When you might want to alternate something with Tretinoin this is a good choice.

I have been using this cream for two years now. It very expensive and I tried to switch to other similar products but always have come back to this one. It absorbs into my dry, mature skin and doesn't feel heavy or greasy. It is worth it. I find I use less on humid days and more on dry days living in the South. I have not had any reactions to this cream. I use it on my face, neck and decollete.
