Surprisingly gentle
I have sensitive skin and rosacea and assumed I wouldn’t be able to tolerate this, but I had a sample so gave it a try and I loved it. Skin felt smooth and no reaction at all. So I ordered a full size and use it 2-3 times per week. This seems like one of those products I’ll want to have handy forever.

Best ever
I have been using this cleanser for awhile after trying every other, from drug store to high end. This doesn't strip skin and make it dry like other products, yet your face feel clean and nourished. It takes off makeup, and has a mild exfoliation. You don't need to use a lot so it lasts a long time. It smooths skin especially when followed by other SkinMedica products. I did stop using for a bit and went back bc my skin felt dehydrated. I highly recommend!

Use it as a second cleanse post oil cleanser and it does a good job at removing any left over make up. Skin doesn’t feel stripped after use. The exfoliation “beads” are very very small and gentle.

Mild but helpful
I got a sample of this stuff and bought a bunch of higher end but still drug store options, did not feel the same. This is nice and mild but still feels like it does some exfoliating and does not leave my face tight and squeaky which I found with similarly described options. I bought it after the sample ran out and I didn't like the alternatives. It is a VERY large tube and the tiny amount I need will make the product last a very long time. I use it in the shower and on my face, neck and chest, sometimes around other body parts like shoulders and arms and thighs/butt. It has never caused any burning or redness like some acid products do. It is still working well over time. A good value for the large amount, a little goes a very long way.

Powerful yet Gentle
This is a great cleanser. I have tried many, but when I received this as a sample, I was done. I have very sensitive skin and struggle finding good products that work without irritating my skin. I now have a somewhat complex routine that I follow, but I am able to use this product 2-3 times a week without any irritation. I can even use in the morning, and not be contending with a red and irritated face.
