Good not great
The fact that I purchased this in April 2025 and it is now August 2026 and half the bottle is still full is quite telling. I so wanted to love this. It is very gentle, I don't feel that it exfoliates enough. I am a hugh fan of SkinMedica but I can't endorse this product. It just feels like a regular cleanser. I wash my face twice a day and rarely reach for this anymore. I would say if you can get this as a sample, it's worth giving a try first before committing to a full bottle.

Didn’t work for my sensitive skin
Used this product three times before using a skinceutical serum. Now the skin around my mouth and nose is red, raw and peeling like I’ve been burnt. It’s supposed to be mild enough for sensitive skin so I’m unsure why this happened. It’s the only new product that I introduced to my skin care regime.

I find this product sticky
I had big hopes for this product since it is made by Skin Medica. I find that it leaves my skin feeling strange and kind of sticky.

Not My Favorite SkinMedica Product
I love SkinMedica products, however, this one wasn't for me. It was very drying and led to really bad acne.

Wish I could love this
I love SkinMedica products and expected to add this item to my routine. Sadly, for me I felt nothing. Who knows maybe it is working, and i just don't know it. I will continue to use this and hopefully change my mind.
