Another Great SkinMedica Product
I really love many of the SkinMedica products and the TNS Advanced+ is no exception. This one does not have a smell so many people may appreciate that. I am also pleased that after just 2 weeks my skin does seem a little smoother. I need to use it a while longer to determine if it beats the SkinMedica TNS Essential Serum which I really love and had been using for several months until I switched to try the Advanced+.

Still trying to figure out if I can use this
I love SkinMedica products, but I am having difficulty with the new TNS Advanced+ Serum. My skin peels when I use it. When I first received it, I used it for about five days and my skin got so bad that it chafed and was very red. I discontinued using it and then started using it every three days. It was better, but my skin became dry and peeled lightly. I've decided to try it every four days and see how it goes. If all is well, I will increase my use of it gradually. I'm hoping it works out. Otherwise, I will go back to the regular TNS Serum.

I was on the fence about buying it, only because of the prices (yikes)! I'm so happy I did. It has zero smell and in just two weeks of using it twice daily, my skin is firmer and tighter. I can really see a difference in my eye and cheek areas. Several people have even remarked how good my skin looks and asked if I was getting more sleep. Nope, but, I'll be buying this again very soon!!

I can’t give this really a 5 star or a 3 because I’ve been using for about three weeks I haven’t noticed any changes in texture of my skin or reduction of fine lines. With that said once I use it for two more weeks I can update my review

SkinMedica TNS Advanced+Serum
I've been using this for 3 weeks now. So much better than the old version, no smell and more growth factors and peptides. I do apply a vitamin C serum over this since there isn't vitamin C in this version. Can't wait until more time goes by so I can see if it helps with sagging like it claims. I ordered another bottle and then I will make my decision whether to keep using this. I know it's expensive but it cuts down on other products. I'm 53 BTW! I also put this on first at night with tretinoin over it and a moisturizer. I'm liking the simplicity of this routine.

Improving My Dermaroller Results
I'm only a few weeks into using this product but I definitely see some noticeable results so far. I'm a first time buyer. I was skeptical. But I wanted to improve my dermaroller results at home. I deducted a star for cost. I hope I can afford to continue to use this even after the bottle is gone, but it is expensive. Otherwise, the science behind topical EGF is solid and this product delivers.
