I love this product & gave it 5 stars ...... HOWEVER, unless you store the bottle upside down the product does not dispense evenly. My latest purchase does not want to dispense the serum at all. I'll give it one more try, then it's going to be returned and I will NOT purchase this very expensive product again.

This growth factor serum works by plumping and helping with fine lines. I have seen some results in plumpness and firmness in the 4 weeks that I have been using it. I would recommend it even if it is pricey. I wouldn't use it once and expect facelift results, at 4 weeks it makes my face look like I sleep really well every night and have healthy skin.

I’ve used SkinMedica TNS products for years. I used the TNS Essential Serum for years before switching to the TNS Advanced+ Serum when they developed it several years ago.
