Love the product but the pump is tempormental but I've learned to troubleshoot it
I love the results of this product!!! Better skin overall no question! The pump sometimes works great and other times one side pumps and the other doesn't. If I cover the working hole with a cleansed finger to form the tightest seat possible and pump gently until that side is working, it's been enough to get the stubborn side going. After that it's been great for the rest of the use in my experience.

Amazing results
I have used many SkinMedica products over many years and every one of them has performed as promised. TNS is no exception. I saw results after a couple weeks at the most. I cannot stop using this
This product is pricey but I cannot stop using it. It evens out my skin tone - it did not make dark spots go away, but it has kept sunspots that I had gotten lightened from getting darker and has prevented formation of new ones (which my skin had been prone to do as I got older). The texture of my skin is also even and soft when I use this product.

Big difference!
I used this product a couple years ago and loved the results but stopped because it is quite expensive. I continued to used various medical grade skin care but my skin never quite got back to looking as good as it did while I was using the TNS serum. Now I’m using it again and I won’t stop this time! I have been using this very expensive product for several months now. I am 47 years old and while I do not have a lot of fine lines or wrinkles, my neck was really starting to sag. I use one pump on my face, and another on my neck/chest twice a day. I do think I am seeing improvement both in terms of wrinkles on my face and certainly on my saggy neck, which I am very excited about. Obviously, like most other reviewers I wish this product cost less. Additionally, I find that it can pill under makeup, so I am careful about how much “blending” I do. That being said, it’s rare to find a product that actually delivers, so I’m sticking with it.
