TNS Advanced is part of my daily AM routine
After I wash my face in the morning the first thing I use is my TNS advanced serum. It has really made a difference in my skin. I follow my SkinMedica routine religiously

I love the TMS Serum. Have been using for years even as the price slowly creeped up to crazy amounts. To make it last longer I use only once daily a large pea size amount in the am and then use a Retin A type product (tazarotene cream which I find more effective than Retin A). I can’t live without this product. I have always had sensitive skin but this product helps with wrinkles, dry skin, age spots and I have never had redness or dryness due to it. It does cost an arm and a leg but worth every penny!! Truly!!!

this is an expensive product line but my experience with this and several other of their products is very favorable. I have been using it for 2 years and it has improved my skin. Funny story, I was in the hospital for a small procedure but had a rotating number of nurses. Everyone of them asked what I used on my skin. I think that is quite an endorsement when you are laying in a hospital bed for 2 nights and they ask about your skin care! They did ask about my health too!!

I keep buying it despite the price!
I am a 51-year-old female with an olive complexion and have used TNS Advanced+ Serum (or the previous version) for about 15 years (when I can afford it!). I have extremely dry skin and I conduct fieldwork semi-frequently for my job (sun exposure). The TNS serum has done a remarkable job maintaining the health of the skin on my face with respect to wrinkles and texture. I haven't had as much luck with my neck (which is actually why I started using it in my 30s), but it's definitely protected the skin on my face. I can absolutely see the quality of my skin decline when I try to replace this product with an alternative. Because I suffer from melasma (discoloration), I've always considered my skin "bad". It's therefore been surprising - now that my generation is in their 50s - to have female friends ask me what I use to keep my skin so healthy - what they mean is wrinkle control! Due to the discoloration, I've never had skin that anyone envied before!
