I have been using the original formula of the serum for years. I was hesitant when I was informed that it was discontinued and needed to convert to the new advanced formula. After using the new TNS Advanced + Serum for a month now, I can confidently say that the “new” formula is truly better than my older tried and true formula. I love this product. As a woman turning 50 soon and living in the desert of Arizona, this has been incredible for my skin. Since I have begun using this my skin looks so much younger overall, no one believes me that I will be 50 in a few months. I have a strict regimen that I follow daily morning and night, which includes using the Advanced Serum first on clean skin, once soaked in then I use my moisturizer. I know that this is not the cheapest product to purchase, however, but since using this I have eliminated the need for all of my other facial serums and products - which I don't even want to add up how much I have spent on those to not have anywhere near the results.

This is the perfect all in one serum! I’m on my 5th bottle and my skin just gets better and better. I was hesitant to buy this because it really is quite expensive. I do love it though. I have been using it in the morning and using the Ha5 in the evenings. I love the smooth results. My skin looks great and feels great. I know some people use this at night and the serum in the morning. I think anyway you use it is a win. I WOULD USE BOTH MORNING AND NIGHT BUT THE COST IS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THAT.
