I loved the product. I bought for my neck because its super sensitive and since I can't put any retinols on it I figure I would try this as an added step to my anti-aging routine. It was so good that I decided to put all over my face 2x a day with my neck. Unfortunately, it did not last that long. It lasted 6 weeks. I'm debating if I want to re purchase because so expensive and didn't last long. But it was great and did see improvement on my skin. It felt smoothing on my skin.

Sounds great, awaiting results
On the label, this sounds like a wonderful product with great ingredients. I like that they reformulated this to be fragrance free. Strangely, my skin doesn't tingle with this formula as it did with the original. It applies easily and dries fast, though I do feel that I need to apply moisturizer after it's fully absorbed. I've been using this product for a few months, and I'm not sure whether I see results, however I will try one more bottle before deciding whether to keep repurchasing. It is VERY expensive, even on sale, and I would not pay full price for it.

On occasion I try and find a less expensive option for this serums. I always end up coming back to my TNS. I can’t put my finger on the specific details of the improvements it makes, but I look toner, more balanced, and slightly lifted when use daily.

Great product but pump needs improvement
I love this product and it does do it's job to hydrate skin and prep skin. However, the pump leaves alot to be desired. At first I thought it was faulty but you have to keep pumping to get the product out. Still unsure if the amount of product you get justifies the price.

I am not sure whether it has made any difference in the look or quality of my aged skin, but I do like it - and use it twice daily. The dispenser can be a problem at times, so I now store my bottle upside down and am very careful to put my finger in the very center of the large button, working to get equal amounts of the two types of product. I wish it weren’t so expensive!

Love it, but….
The TNS Advanced+ Serum is very effective but when combined with other facial products, including those from SkinMedica, it flakes and has to be brushed off. Letting the serum dry before applying other products did not make a difference for me. I will continue to use the serum because it is so good for my skin but I dislike how it flakes when used with other products.

Good product, hard to quantify
I am on my second container of this popular serum. My dermatologist recommended it because I have some sensitivity to retinoids. I generally like SkinMedica's products. I use the .25% retinol and even that can be irritating. So I like the TNS because I feel like I am being pro-active by using growth factors. I only use it once a day, but it has not irritated my skin. How effective is it? I can't really say to what degree it works. I do not have fine lines and wrinkles. I have skin laxity in my lower face. It has not changed that, but I do notice that my face seems fuller and more plumped and my skin texture looks good. So, as long as things are looking good and not getting worse, I figure they are working pretty well and I will continue to purchase. I am in my late 60s.

A stable in my skincare
I only deduct a star because I don’t like the dispenser. You never can tell when you need more. I also have had a dispenser malfunction. The vendor made good on a replacement. I have used this product for about 8 years. When I have taken a break from it, my skin suffers. I think this is key in fighting wrinkles and other mature skin problems. I try to have a backup in my cabinet.
