SkinMedica TNS ADVANCED + SERUM has become an essential for my skincare routine. It’s quite expensive but worth it. My skin looks smoother, brighter and fine lines are lessened. Its recommended you apply one pump on the back of the hand. I alternate hands and as a result my hands are incredibly soft and smooth. I had a terrible bruise on my hand after surgery that went away in days so I know it has incredibly beneficial ingredients. My aesthetician says it’s one of the best products I can use on my skin.

I love this serum. It’s more of a treatment. It totally soaks into the skin and I can then apply a vitamin C serum or retinol. I noticed a difference in my skin at two weeks, but even more so after six weeks. I just wish is wasn’t so expensive. I think of it as an investment in myself.

I have used this serum for over a year, and I believe it’s worth the expense. I am in my late 40s and the texture of my skin is better than 5/10 years ago.
