Have been using original TNS serum for a number of years and been pleased with its results. However, I really like the new Advanced formula so much more. It blends into my skin better and w/o leaving a bit of red color to my very fair skin.

I was an avid user of SkinMedica's TNS' Essential Serum for a few years. When they updated the formula I was skeptical. The old saying 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it' came to mind. The Advanced + Serum is amazing. I find it smoother and that less goes farther, also. The old smell is also gone. My only gripe is the price. They would likely make more by how much we would all buy if they dropped the price even a little!

I really am liking the TNS Advanced+Serum. I am 59 years old and my skin is looking very plump. I live in the desert, so good products are a must. The serum has also lightened my dark spots as well. I had been using the tns serum before the advanced one and loved it but the advanced one is an even better product. It spreads better, no smell and I feel gives even better results. It is an excellent product. Can see difference in the Wrinkles and has helped in the sagging and made skin more firm. I have sensitive skin but have had no breakouts or clogging of pores etc issues. I am using it twice a day.
