The wrinkles at the corners of my mouth and below are quite pronounced. I have sensitive skin and I have had no adverse reaction to this product. After a few weeks, the lines have softened. I am hoping they continue to soften and not be so deep as I continue using this product. There is a smell but it is minimal.

I previously used TNS Essential Serum for years and really wasn’t expecting to notice any visible changes with the new Advanced + Serum, but after about a month of use I started to notice a firmer more lifted jawline. My favorite growth factor serum
Used regularly and only a small amount I see noticeable improvement in fine lines and skin texture. I only use it at night after cleansing and a spray peptide toner and I let it my skin absorb in before applying any other product (I usually brush my teeth). I stopped using SkinMedica serum for a couple months and tried a couple other growth factors but none produced the results on my face like TNS Advanced Serum. It’s pricey but I feel it’s worth the expense.

I'm 72 years of age and have been using the TNS Essential Serum for four years. Initially, I could see definite improvements. However, the last year it has become more of a maintenance serum for me so I don't lose the benefits I 've gained. However, when the TNS Advanced Serum came out, I decided to try it. It's a little more money than the Essential, but worth it because I can see a difference in just over a month. Whatever they did to improve the serum is working so suggest you try it too.
