I love SkinMedica products. I was getting ready to reorder my TNS Serum and saw reviews that customers love the Advanced Serum even more. I agree and thank others for their online comments and reviews that encouraged me to purchase this. I'm so glad I moved up to the Advanced Serum. TNS Serum is great. I see even more improvement with the Advance Serum. Expensive, but worth it.

Have been using Retin A prescription strength for a long time but have always had to deal with redness and irritation even though I tried many ways to make it less irritating, but this product is a great alternative and in fact I noticed improvements in my skin firmness after the first application. Didn't experience any negative effects, will definitely keep using this. Wish I would have tried it sooner.

Best Serum on the Market
I am so impressed with this serum. I am 66 years old and have been told how my skin is glowing! I use it morning and night, along with my Obagi 20% Vitamin C and SkinMedica moisturizer in the morning and night cream in the evening. I had some melasma on my lower cheek area and they are almost gone. I am constantly being told by my husband how smooth and good my skin looks. During this pandemic, I have not worn makeup, other than blush, eye concealer and lipstick and of course my sunscreen Elta MD SPF44 with Hyaluronic Acid. I will definitely purchase this again.

I have used SkinMedica TNS for a few years and love it. I recently purchased the new Advanced+ Serum, and find that it is now my preference. After a month, I noticed more of a glow on my face. I’m a longtime user of skinmedica TNS Essential serum so when Advanced+ rolled out I couldn’t wait to try it. I’m on my second container so may be too early to notice any difference between TNS Essential and Advanced+. I plan to continue using it. the smell of the new serum is less pungent. it seems to rub off my skin once applied and dried down like a layer is sitting on top of the skin rather than fully absorbed and I don’t remember that being a problem with TNS Essential. Maybe I’m doing it wrong or I’m getting a build up of advanced+ and HA5 because I use both.

I've been using TNS Recovery Complex for a while and when this came out, I thought I'd try it. Pricey, so have only been using at night instead of the recommended twice a day. Even so, after just a few short weeks, my skin looks and feels smoother, is plumping up, and has become more radiant. Once I am through using my other serums will probably be buying only this one.

Very effective for reducing fine lines and improving overall “glow.” The new version eliminated the unpleasant fragrance and is less irritating than the previous version. It is very expensive though and has a tendency to pill.

I think the TNS recovery complex and the serums are the best. I started using TNS Recovery Complex years ago, then upgraded when TNS came out with the first serum. And then when they dialed things up a notch again, I bought this. Yes, it's expensive, but money well spent!

Another Home Run
After using TNS Essential Serum original formula for a few years, I was beginning to think about searching for another brand. Enter TNS Advanced! Pleasant to use, lightweight, and seemingly effective. I do think my skin is looking smoother and firmer, and a small wrinkle below the corner of my mouth seems to be less deep. It's been only a couple of months or so since I made the switch to Advanced. I'm eager to see results at six months. Now, if they could only improve the delivery system so both sides dispense product evenly and consistently for the entire life of the bottle down to the last bit of serum!

The results that I got in two months are not an improvement, it is like my problem area has disappeared. Since this product is expensive, I have followed my doctor's recommendation that I use a pump to half a pump at night when the skin is in its healing state and skip the morning application

My results were oh my my.. my skin was getting some hyper pigmentations! Bam bam, pore size, roughness are so smooth! I don’t need any makeup. This is liquid gold and with that comes a price!
