Even better than the previous TNS
Having used TNS serum for at least 13 years and have been very happy with it, I did not think it could be improved, but I was wrong. I think this does what it says: working to improve skin within 14 days. I do see a smoother surface and thought so just a few days after starting it. I am very happy with the new Advanced TNS, but it is extremely expensive. If you can get it, I think it is still the best anti-aging product on the market. The color is new and the scent is fairly light. I have very sensitive skin and I use it and then put on my sunscreen. Great product!

I have only used this 2 weeks but I hear amazing and promising things from my dermatologist as well as from the reviews I've read. This product has no odor compared with the TNS Essential Serum that has a sort of strange odor. Looking forward to another 2 weeks on the product to see improvements!

I like this new formula but I do still use the other one. The newer formula has a different smell and seems to absorb faster. I don’t know if it’s any better since it’s only been a few weeks. I know SkinMedica has great products so I’m not concerned. I’ll probably purchase again.
