SkinMedica TNS Advanced
I notice a big difference in my skins hydration, texture and overall health while using this product. It’s expensive and the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. I stock up on this product during LovelySkin sales. The advanced serum doesn't have the smell of the original, applies smoothly and absorbs easier. At this time though I can't tell if the advanced serum works any better than the original. Time will tell?

Good for aging skin
I have used this product for about one year now. I definitely think it has firmed my skin and makes it look better. It didn’t help as much as I had hoped it would on my forehead creases.

Wonderful serum.
I am 55 years old and started using TNS advanced serum about 3 month ago. It has definitely reduced the lines around my mouth and on my forehead. My skin looks younger and firmer. However, I do use other products in conjunction with this, and it is very expensive. On that note, I put it on LovelySkin’s auto replenish program which help to bring the price down. overall, I love this Serum, I think it is a big part of my skin looking so good and I would not stop using it. It also never caused me to break out on my hormonal menopausal skin. I highly recommend it.

Great product, faulty delivery system
This product works great, and I definitely saw a difference in the barrier of my skin. It felt hydrated and I saw an improvement in texture and fine lines. The main issue was with the pump. It should dispense 2 different serums at the same time that you mix together. Only one serum was coming out for the first week. Also had an issue at the end of the bottle. Seems like a manufacturer issue.

Product seems promising so far
I’ve been using the product twice a day on some wrinkles/lines that have fairly recently started to form around my mouth area. While I have not noticed a reduction in the appearance of those wrinkles/lines, I have noticed that the product seems to be doing something. Initially, my skin began to flake (similar to what I have experienced when using a retinol product). I have only been using the product for a couple of weeks now, but based on what I’ve seen so far, I’m expecting to see some results with long term use.

Definitely improved my skin tone and texture! It's a miracle in a bottle. Within 2 weeks I already noticed the difference in my skin and tone. One disappointing factor is the dispenser is not great and towards the end of the bottle it gets hard to push out all the product. Nicer Smell and less color on skin
I seriously am a terrible judge of how my skin looks. I've been using TNS for years and get a lot of compliments on my skin. I throw in a couple of other products along with it, so I'm hardly a controlled test. Bur I"ve had enough complements to tell me what I'm doing works. I do like the advanced serum because it is less stinky and doesn't have the orange tinge.

Fabulous Results But Drying
Yields fantastic results but I find it drying. I need to use a stronger moisturizer with it but those sometimes break me out. I end up just skipping days of the serum here and there which I worry dilutes its effectiveness.
