I have used this cream over the years and ceramides have since been added to the ingredients. This is a lightweight moisturize great for daily use when you are hanging around the house and need some moisture. SkinMedica products have little to no fragrance (which is great), and good product ingredients. Dropped a star hoping for more affordable prices as they have gone up quite a bit.

After deep CO2 lasers
I started using TNS after researching products to use after laser. I’ve always been a fan of SkinMedica. Started using 2 weeks after laser with my doctors approval. I’m now 6 weeks post laser and skin is starting to look much better. Was recommended 2x day for 2 months. It helps rebuild collagen. It does leave my face shiny so after 2 months I will only use at night.

TNS Ceramide Treatment Cream
Sometimes my skin gets flaky. There are times that it gets red and irritated. It doesn't happen often, but I wanted to have a treatment cream to use at those times. I bought this Ceramide cream from SkinMedica, because I have been using their TNS and HA5 products for several years. I used the Ceramide Treatment Cream when we had some very cold dry winter days and my skin got red and irritated. It seemed to help get it calmed down, but it took a few days. I do not use this product daily, but I will use it when I need to.

This is my first time trying SkinMedica TNS Ceramide treatment cream. It's supposed to be used on post treatment skin, but I haven't had any skin treatments so I can't say how it works for that. It is less expensive than the SkinMedica Dermal Repair Cream, but it is not nearly as moisturizing.

great for post laser or very dry skin
this is a very thick cream for post laser procedures or extremely dry skin. i think it would be good also for long flights. the only thing is that it could be congested for t zone or someone who is acne prone.

This cream is so unique compared to any other moisturizer I’ve used. It’s thick but not greasy. It’s wonderful to use with Retinol or even daily. I find it especially useful when my skin feels compromised or sensitive. I rotate through several creams this one and I love SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid. This one though is especially good post-procedure.

Good cream for compromised skin
This is a good thick cream, but it pills up and rolls off, etc - it is really meant to be a cream just to protect the skin if it's been compromised. I wouldn't use it as a daily cream or something. Just after my face has been irritated by retinol or something.

Saved My Flaking Skin
My skin started becoming really dry last year, and I had several spots that were actually "flaking". This, together with the SkinMedica Dermal Repair Cream, is what got me through the winter and saved me. I used this on the areas where I had the flaking, and the DRC I applied on the rest of my skin. Unlike the DRC, this product is very thick and takes a while to be absorbed. However, it does the trick! Flakes be gone!

So many uses!!
So i got this product in a post peel kit and had no idea as it was in a tiny cup. I had very dry lips as well and they were chapped around the outside even before the peel and had never found anything to maintain this. Totally healed my lips and made the post peel seems much shorter. It is not greasy or oily but really seems to hold moisture in the skin. I also have used this on brand new tattoos for that healing process as well
