Ceramide Treatment Cream

Unfortunately this cream did not work for me. It seemed to sit on my skin and not soak in. It is thick and difficult to spread around. Not moisturizing enough for my dry mature skin.

Rich but pilly

I love most of the Skinmedica products. I bought this cream for a richer moisturizer, and while it is rich, it pills and gets in my hairline. I will still continue to use it after procedures until it's used up but I will not purchase this one again.

Not for me

I have seen great benefits to my skin since being prescribed tretinoin cream but have struggled with persistent dryness. I have tried dozens of moisturizers hoping to help alleviate the side effects. This particular cream seemed like it ticked all the boxes and there were mentions that it worked well for other users of tretinoin; however, it did not work for me. It just not provide the moisturizing benefit I was hoping for. I think it might be a wonderful cream for other people - it just wasn't the right fit for me.

Good

I'll use what I have, but I'd like to try something more moisturizing next. This one just doesn't seem to absorb well for me.

It was ok!

I tried this when I had a reaction to my previous moisturizer. It was ok.. it didn’t cause any breakouts which was a positive. I just didn’t feel like my skin was very hydrated.

Good ingredients

This is a hydrating cream with good ingredients. I like that it comes in a squeeze tube, so you can keep the product free of contaminants easier than with a jar. I found it a bit too strong/stingy to be used on the days immediately following a procedure. But a solid choice for 10 days after. I rated it 3 stars because I bought this product hoping to use it post procedure, but I am not able to use it for that purpose.

Not so moisturizing

I was surprised with this product. It has all the good ingredients but it does not moisturize my skin at all. It’s probably not for me.

Not as moisturizing as expected

This does not both my irritated skin, but it also does not give ultra dry or irritated skin the moisture it claims.

Heavy

High quality product and would likely be good for dry, aging skin. Too heavy for me so I unfortunately returned.

SkinMedica TNS Ceramide Treatment Cream

I purchased after I had chatted with an associate. While it was helpful for my skin, it just wasn't enough to take care of the dry, flaky patches that I was experiencing.

Just ok

Haven’t noticed much. Too early to tell but I don’t dislike this cream. Goes on rich but absorbs and is not sticky. I use it under my go to moisturizer. My skin is dry so this cream isn’t super moisturizing but with all the goodies in this cream, I have been using it under my moisturizer.

Not good for acne-prone skin

Used this after micro-needling and CO2 fractional laser treatment. Seemed to do it’s intended purpose well, skin felt moisturized and recovered, but broke out really, really bad. Didn’t examine the ingredients at all before purchasing, just purchased according to recommendations and reviews. After use I learned one of the oils in the ingredients has a comedogenic rating not ideal for acne prone skin.
