Great for Hands, Not for Face
I'm so confused by this product. It's absolutely horrid at what it's made for (a post-procedure cream). I applied a thin layer to my face after a Morpheus 8 microneedling with radio frequency treatment. Your face is left very irritated, inflamed and scabbed and I thought that this cream would work much better than the other healing ointment given to me after my previous Morpheus 8 treatments. Boy was I wrong! This cream is extremely clogging to your pores. I awoke to dozens of white puss filled acne spots all over my face! My skin is usually near flawless! I confirmed my suspicions that it was solely due to this cream a week after I healed and applied the cream again after a cold day when my face had gotten particularly dry. Again, I awoke to a terrible whitehead filled breakout. This stuff is no longer allowed anywhere near my face but I find it to be an excellent deep moisturizer for dry hands and feet. They should just market it as such though and definitely not as a post procedure cream.

I am glad it works for many others but I did not find this cream soothing. It felt very greasy and actually my skin did not respond well. I did not use it for post procedure or anything, I thought it might help with my sensitivity and redness . Unfortunately I noticed more irritation and peeling when I used this cream. It just is not for my skin.

An Okay Moisturizer
This moisturizer is not very moisturizing. My skin feels very dry two hours after applying it. It may work better for someone who doesn’t live in a dry and arid climate. This leaves my skin thirsty for more and I wouldn’t recommend this for someone with super dry skin like I have.

I have very fair, sensitive skin and, unfortunately, I had a bad reaction to this product. Initially, I noticed that my skin burned slightly after applying this product and my skin appeared very dry giving it a crepe like appearance. However, I was hoping this was just a result of my skin getting used to the cream. That said, after using it for a week I noticed tiny light pink spots manifesting on my skin that became worse the next day so I had to discontinue using this product. After a few days the rash? disappeared so Im assuming I was allergic to one or more of the ingredients.
