Hard to get out of the bottle
I find Surface products very good for my hair and a little product goes a long way. I've been using this conditioner for a few years but may need to find another because of the packaging. Either the product itself is too thick to get out of the bottle or the bottle material has changed to a very stiff plastic that is almost impossible to squeeze. The last bottle I added distilled water to thin out the conditioner. It helped but was still hard to get the product out. These harder bottles are not friendly to arthritic hands.

Good, but has some problems
This conditioner is very thick, feels good in my hair and does a good job conditioning. That said, as noted in other reviews, there are a couple problems. First the conditioner (because it is so thick and the bottle is small and narrow at the top) doesn't dispense easily. I keep the bottle inverted, so the product flows out more easily. I have also found that when it gets into my eyes, it is irritating

Good light conditioner
This is a Good light conditioner for fine hair, but not enough for my dry swimmer’s hair. I prefer the masque, but this would be good for most.

Just OK
I like the refreshing coolness of this conditioner. My hair is easy to brush through after. I do not notice a difference in the health or thickness of my hair though. The one thing I really do not like about this is the bottle it comes in. It is so stiff and hard that it makes it difficult to squeeze the product out. I fear when I get close to the end, it will be a challenge to get the product out to the point it will get wasted. I expected something better with such a pricey item.
