I’ve been taking these supplements for about 7 months. Although it hasn’t really helped with the amount of hair I shed, it’s made my hair thicker. I’ve also noticed a lot of new hair growth too. So even though I’m still losing it the same amount as before, at least I’m replacing it! Would definitely recommend!

Helps reduce my hair loss
My hair feels a bit stronger and sheds less since I’ve been using these vitamins. Don’t expect miracles though; It probably won’t regrow most people’s hair either, but it can slow down the thinning process.. I’ve been taking these vitamins for almost two years.

I think that overall this product is quite good, which is why I gave it a four star rating, but I am waiting until a little more time goes by before a complete five store. This review is for the Professional Strength Tablets. I originally purchased a 3 month supply from my dermatologist as I had mentioned I felt my hair was thinning in the front on the sides.
