I bought this smaller package first to give it a try before buying the larger package. They do have a "fishy" taste and after taste. So, I took 2 tablets right before going to sleep instead of twice a day as recommended, to prevent stomach upset. After using the product for almost 3 months, I noticed some new hair growth.

I have adrenergic alopecia and my dermatologist recommended this product in conjunction with a prescription. Unfortunately after almost a year of consistent use, it has not worked for me. I noticed some initial hair growth about 3 months in, but when I ordered my second round, the tablets were different and my hair started falling out by the handful again.

I have been using this product for awhile and do notice I lose less hair when brushing and washing my hair. I do have long wavy hair. I try to buy it when it is on sale because I notice when I stop using there is definitely a big difference in my hair loss. I love this product and you have to take it morning and in the evening.

I was Skeptical
I've tried so many different vitamins that were supposed to help the growth of my hair. However, Nothing Worked as stated. So I went to a Dermatologist and she suggested Viviscal Pro for 30 days along because she uses it and she saw great results as well. So I did and I've seen really great improvement with my balding spot in the top of my head that I've dealt with for at least 22 yrs. My family and coworkers are seeing the difference and asking me about what I'm doing. It's really help boast my confidence up when people are walking or sitting behind me now. New Hair Growth, Less Shedding
My hairline was receding, and I was balding near my temples. My hair has always been healthy, shiny & thick, my best feature. Desperate and with nothing to lose, I tried a 30-day supply. After 15-20 days, I started to see new baby hairs growing where hair hadn't grown in at least two years. There weren't a lot of new hairs, but my hairstylist commented on the new hair growth, too. By the end of the 30 days, I had also noticed decreased shedding, and because I experienced some positive signs of progress, I ordered the 3-month supply, and for the long-term, I'll continue taking the Viviscal twice per day as instructed and hope for more growth/less shedding. I'm 45 years old, and my hair thinning/loss is attributed to age & hormonal changes. (I also have a mildly itchy scalp, and although the ViviscalPro hasn't helped or worsened this issue, I'm hopeful that taking it in the long-term will improve my scalp health.)

Best hair supplements
After trying many different supplements including Nutrafol, I still end up coming back to this to stop my hair loss. My hair loss was due to stress and going through hormonal changes. I do noticed depending on where I order this, the pill can look different. Now I am only ordering it on this website for consistency. I am now taking this 2 times per day, plus Nutrafol at night to help with hair growth and also helps me sleep better.
