Honestly don’t know
I had two major surgeries in a a 4 month period and blamed my hair loss on the anesthesia. I have lots of little baby hairs growing now and feel that my supplements deserve a big portion of the credit. I’m actually only taking one pill per day and am further supplementing with another brand. The other brand contains vitamin D and my last few blood tests have shown very high vitamin D levels so I’m taking 3/4 of the dose of the other supplement and 1/2 dose of Viviscal because it doesn’t contain vitamin D. The results are good. Maybe because of other brand / maybe because of Viviscal. Maybe because I’m a year past the surgeries. Whatever is working is working so I plan to stay the course.

Got my hair back
I have really curly dry hair. I also am hypothyroid and have had Covid. These things both can contribute to hair loss. This product has really helped with my thinning hair. I have seen 50% less hair loss when I wash my hair (less clogged drains) and no more fly away hairs along my part. It has also made my brittle nails thicker. I have been taking it for about 2 months now as can’t wait to see further results.

It works
At 73 my hair was beginning to thin out near the front hairline and in the back of the crown. I started Viviscal and after about 6 months I noticed hair starting to fill in those areas. I didn’t tell my hairdresser that I was using Viviscal and one day she said “ you have new hair growing in the front hairline”. When I told her what I was doing she immediately wrote it down to tell one of her other clients who was having problems. I was going to stop using it but figured the expense was worth it and I didn’t want to take a chance of going backwards. Try it and be patient..it takes a little time to see the results.

I am 66 years old. I bought Viviscal PRO because I was noticing more hair falling out. I have a lot of hair and it wasn't looking thinner, but I thought this might help with the fall out. I have been taking it for a little over a year now. The first year I took two tablets a day. I am now only taking one tablet per day. I got sick with covid last year lost a good amount of hair, I was tried of wearing wigs, caps - you name it! I never stopped taking Viviscal, I heard about professional strength..and I wanted to love them and was so excited about (professional) - I took them religiously after 4 months I saw no improvement in my hair strength, new growth. Works well for drug induced hair loss
The drugs for my autoimmune disorder cause hair loss with one in particular causing extreme hair loss. Great results so far!
I have only been taking Viviscal for a few weeks now. I have always been one to get quicker results than average. My hair had thinned out quite a bit as I got older and was shedding and breaking off a lot. I noticed since I have started Viviscal my hair feels so much stronger when I run my fingers through it and I’ve noticed some new hair growth. Not only where it has thinned out along the front but all over my head actually. And a bonus is that I always had long eyelashes my whole life.
