I started taking Viviscal because I am in menapause and notice a lot more shedding. I am into my second month and I finally see a difference. There is less shedding!! I will continue to take and hope to see thicker hair soon. I know it is not an overnight solution and it is a commitment. The Viviscal Pro has some different ingredients, so it is not as fishy tasting as the regular.

I think this stuff really works?!
I first started using this back in the summer so it's been about 4 months now. I could definitely tell a change in my scalp which gave me hope. For a while it did look like I had new growth too! I'm not sure if I'm just used to it now or there is something else going on, but I just had another massive shedding and am not seeing any new growth. I still highly recommend you give it a shot though! It was very promising in the beginning and it is possible I have something else going on with me. You do have to give it at least two months to work.

I purchase the large box when it goes on sale. This absolutely does make your hair grow. I have thinning due to hormonal changes and my thin spots (around hairline) are completely filled in.
