Can't make myself choke these down
Might be a great supplement for hair growth - I don't know because I just can't make myself take them. Took it for a week but gave up because the odor and taste is awful. Very iodine/seaweed/iron/mineral-y. If you decide to give this a try, swallow very quickly with some sort of flavored beverage to mask the taste. It's still in my cabinet because I can't bring myself to throw away $200 of vitamins, but I also can't bring myself to take them.....

Stop’s excessive shedding
I have been using this for 8 months 2 times a day. I used to get a lot of shedding hair in the shower and brushing it after The shower a lot of hair would still come out.
