The reason for the 4 stars is that I have only been taking this supplement for a few weeks. One thing I can say is that my hair shedding has slowed down. It takes a few months to see new hair growth, so I reserve that last star for more evidence.

I've been using this product for about a year and haven't really noticed much change. I don't have a hair loss problem but it seemed like I was seeing more hair shedding than in the past. I think the shedding has lessened; maybe this would work better for someone with a more serious problem.

Too early to really tell
It’s too early to really see a difference; I have been using Viviscal for just 6 weeks. That said, I may be imagining this- but it does seem like there might be a few new hairs growing. I’m going to keep on taking it for at least 6 months. The taste/odor is unpleasant.

I wear dark clothes now.
I have been using Viviscal Pro since 2016. It was recommended by my endocrinologist. My hair was falling out as I combed, (brushing took out more), showered, or even went about my day. (I stopped wearing dark clothes.) I started gathering the fallen hair from the sink, bathroom floor and shower. Too soon to tell but beware of fishy taste
Just about a month in so too soon to tell if it works (most advice says it needs 6 months of regular usage to see results). Be aware that it has a very strong fishy taste given its marine ingredients, and this may not be suitable for sensitive users. That said, no major issues or side effects experienced since starting to use.

My hair
My hair has been very difficult to grow out. I'm done with menopause at a very young I have only 46, but apparently.Once you hit forty everything starts to slow down. At least it did with me.
