Help with Lupus-related hair loss

Lupus is a flare disease and my flares result in hair loss. I purchased the Surface Awaken four product kit and - though I only do so every other day - I used the elixir, shampoo and conditioner as directed. Two months later, I’ve noticed a significant decrease in hair loss when I use a wet brush to brush the conditioner through my hair in the shower. My hair is also longer than it’s ever grown and my scalp is less visible when I wear my hair pulled back into a ponytail. The diameter of my ponytail is larger as well.

Awesome, with one exception

This line has helped strengthen my hair, which has been shedding like crazy lately (likely because of hormones). I use the products 3+ times per week, and I love them…but the conditioner is very hard to get out of the bottle. Not sure if it’s due to faulty packaging or the product being so thick, but it’s impossible to squeeze out of the bottle! Very frustrating. Perhaps a jar or pump bottle would make it easier to use. But…the product line in general has been great…less hair breaking/falling out in the shower!
