I feel lighter and as if I've been to a spa when I bathe with these! However, my legs become super itchy during the soak. I assume it's whatever expensive properties that are in this thing going to work. I rinse very throughly and moisturize after.

This does help my sore muscles. It smells like icy hot or paper cream which I don’t love. It also seems like not very much for how expensive it is. … more
