I really like this. It works better than most lip balms and chapsticks I've tried. It was difficult to try at first because I'm not used to a balm such as this. But after the first couple applications my lips became soft and smooth, no longer chapped. I'll probably buy this again, and alternate with the Lip Care Stick.
