I have been using these capsules for 6 months which were recommended by my dermatologist. I’ve always had thin hair so I didn’t expect good results, but I am surprised on the results so far. I am not losing any hair and baby hairs have been growing. Recommend this supplement for thin hair.

I've been using this for the last 6 months at the recommendation of my aesthetician. I have melasma that we've been fighting against, also using a hydroquinone prescription every so often from the dermatologist, along with some chemical peels and microneedling. This product is one part of our "arsenal". My melasma is more under control, but it is hard to attribute that to just one thing or product. Overall, this product is nice, it doesn't break me out.
