I have used this for 2+ years. I have thick hair with highlights....After I blow dry my hair is still a little to thick so I use a few drops of this! It gives a lot of shine, but it also keeps my hair straight and it doesn't get puffy or frizzy. Honestly the best oil I have ever used.

It's also soft and easy to style afterward. I've tried a lot of shampoos for fine hair, and this is one of the few where I actually noticed a difference.
