Bought it for my natural gray & wavy hair. The consistency is extremely creamy (which I like) and gets kind of absorbed by my hair strands. So much so that the first time I used it I double checked if I had really poured on the shampoo or did I mistakenly had opened the conditioner. Nourishing would be my one word description for this product. Hair feels immediately stronger; even while on the shower before any conditioning treatment. Less hair has fallen out since I began using this item along with its conditioner.

I purchased this shampoo after using a sample. It is gentle and has really helped my itchy scalp. I noticed itchiness (no dandruff or specific skin conditions) with the especially hot, dry weather we've been having. After 2 or 3 shampoos the itchiness has subsided. Happy with this shampoo!
