Staple in my skincare regime
I've been using this for decades. I spritz my face with it first thing in the AM instead of cleansing and before I start my AM routine. If my face has lost some moisture between steps in my application of various serums, I sometimes spritz prior to a step also. I think it's really good for my skin.

Soothing and Hydrating
This product is a great hydrator. I use underneath my moisturizer and helps soothe my skin and adds hydration. During the day, if my skin is feeling a little dry, I spray a little on my face. I also use it after cleansing in the evening and prior to my nightly regimen.

Absolutely nothing special
I was disappointed in Avene's Thermal Spring Water - I could really be spraying with just about any water type mist. I purchased it to spray very lightly following application of Sunforgettable, which minimizes any powder appearance. I find the can way too large to be practical either for use or storage, but most disappointingly the spray mist isn't very fine and seems to come out unevenly. I'll go back to my old standby instead.

best hydrating spray for redness and irritation
I had been using a similar mineral water spray that I liked but didn’t do much for my skin, just provided hydration. Since switching to the Avène spray, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in redness, especially on my cheeks (I have rosacea and sensitive skin)! This spray is great, I’d def recommend it to anyone with rosacea, redness, or other skin irritation!

I really miss this A LOT whenever I run out. I spray it on after moisturizer if my skin is dry, but in the summer this actually replaces my moisturizer when I spray it over serum. Using it before serum seems to dilute or prevent my serum from penetrating.
