This is my go to sunblock. Nice coverage from the sun and a nice glow for the face:). Elta is a very nice sunblock and reliable for good quality from what I’ve experienced.

Spectrum SPF 50 upgraded formula
I am very happy with this upgraded version, it is light yet gives enough coverage to cover minor imperfections. No makeup foundation needed. The tint works well for me, I am a natural blonde with blue eyes.

DISAPPOINTED, please bring back the old formula. I have been a loyal customer and now I tried the new formula and it’s a different tinted and by the end of the day it peels’!!! IT IS HORRIBLE I don’t recommend it. Save your money.

Happily surprised
Being a white person from Hawaii comes with challenges, but I've always loved sunscreen. My go to sunscreen being in my 40s has been Isdin, As much as I love this stuff, it is very expensive. My friends were telling me to try Elta Because even though it is not inexpensive, It supposedly worked incredibly and was a little cheaper. Well, let's just say that I immediately fell in love with this sunscreen because not only doesn't do an incredible job but it leaves my skin feeling wonderful and I love the tint because I just don't wanna wear a foundation anymore. I am so for life. I recommend this to anybody whose skin matches this tint.

Great sunscreen, but the tint is a bit too dark in the "upgraded" formula
I have purchased this product in the past and, despite what appeared to be a dark tint then, it blended well into my extremely fair skin. But I'm not so sure about this "upgraded" formula. The sun-protection factor is still good, but the tint is even darker now and it does not blend in well with my fair skin. I actually ended up buying something else to use for my face as a result of the failure of this "upgraded" formula to blend in well and I have been using this product for my chest and arms.

Protects perfectly
I have dark spots on my face and I am using medication to lighten them. My dermatologist recommended Elta MD UV Elements BROAD-SPECTRUM SPF 44. I used it for a long time until it was discontinued. I contacted the company and this replacement was recommended. I am very satisfied with the protection it provides. My dark spots have faded considerably with the medication and this product prevents them from coming back. I highly recommend it.

Inferior re-do of a favorite product!
The UV AOX is a new version of the "Elta MD UV Elements Broad Spectrum 44." It is thicker and doesn't blend in as smoothly as its predecessor. It is also contains less product (1.7 oz instead of 2 oz), yet is more expensive. Why did they do this?? Please bring back the original version!!!
