I have been using this lip balm for a while now and I think it’s great. It goes on smooth, feels very nice and stays on. Makes my lips feel soft. I gave tubes of this to my family as stocking stuffers this year for Xmas. They were very pleased!

Great lip protection
I honestly thought this would have a normal sunscreen feel to it. Which I don’t mind for sunscreen but thought i wouldn’t like on my lips. I was wrong this feel exactly like lip balm on. No weird texture. So important to protect your lips from the sun!

GOOD LIP BALM
I decided to try this product because I have purchased several EltaMD facial sunscreens and have been very pleased with all of them. I like the consistency of this lip balm. It goes on nice and I really like the fact that it’s water resistant for up to 80 minutes. It also gives nice moisture and the application is easy. There is no scent and it goes on clear. No white thick pasty look. The only thing I can’t comment on yet is how it actually protects your lips from the sun. I purchased this during the winter months.

Disappointed
Love Elta MD sunscreen. Did not expect this lip balm to be white and now I’m stuck with 2 of these. It came 2 to a package. I think this is the first LovelySkin product I have ever been disappointed in in many years.

Wanted to Love It
I love EltaMD products, but I was underwhelmed with the lip balm. It is sunscreen consistency with a menthol scent. I found the tube to be difficult to use precisely since it’s a squeeze tube. I realize the main purpose is to be sun protection from your lips, but I was hoping the product would have a little more elegance to it, like other EltaMD products. Good for a day at the beach, but I don’t love it for every day.

Needs a little work on the color
I like the texture of this lip balm. It keeps my lips moisturized and protected. It does legs a heavy white cast on your lips, which I do not like. I wish there was a colored version that is more realistic to natural lip color. I will still purchase the product because I love all their products.

A bit of shine and very nourishing. I mostly use it on bare lips, for moisture and sun protection during the day. Not sticky, but gives the look of a little clear gloss. Also works well over lipstick. So much better for the skin than ordinary gloss or balm. Love.

GOOD SUNSCREEN FOR LIPS
While this is not a fabulous lip moisturizer, it is a wonderful sunscreen for your lips with provided moisturizer. I have never used much sunscreen on my lips (unfortunately). This is a great product to star with. It is not a one use fix all your problems, but when used on a daily basis it helps. If you are in the elements, I highly suggest using to prevent damage. It is now a staple in my daily regimen.
