Love the UV Sheer 50+
I have been using elta MD UV Clear (regular and tinted) SPF 46 for many years and love it. I decided to try this 50+ to use on my face for added sun protection here in sunny Southern California. I read other reviews that said it was too thick, thus I was a little skeptical. It is actually truly sheer; just a light lotion like the SPF 46. I use it on my face, as well as my neck and shoulders, and love it! I only wish it came in larger bottles.

Applied easily- lightweight and sheer, like a lotion. Love the fact that it’s water resistant for 80 min. I apply it in the morning and wear it all day. That way when I’m in the sun I don’t have to worry about sunburning or skin damage as much.

Doesn’t clog pores
I’ve been using elta MD sunscreen for years. So far, it is the BEST sunscreen that doesn’t causes breakout or clog my pores, and in the affordable price range. I have oily, large pores, blackhead skin problem. I go between UV sheer and UV clear for acne prone skin. UV sheer is a bit too shine for my oily skin at first, but it less shine after about an hour, and keep skin glow. In return UV sheer is bigger tuyp. If pricing is not a problem, I would go with UV clear over UV sheer.
