It smells and tastes awful, so bitter I couldn’t use it: I’m giving it 3 stars because I believe it could be good if you can tolerate the bitterness, a rather pharmaceutical product I mean!

I've only used this on my very chapped lips and it works ok but I also think there are others on the market that are even better. I'm not sure about the cortisone and doing anything to help. Not sure this is my go-to lip balm during the winter months but I do like it!
